  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@boardee.shop with details of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day return window.
