SHIPMENT & RETURNS

The product is shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping fee is paid by the buyer upon delivery.

If the buyer has a contracted cargo company, the products will be sent with that cargo company if that cargo company is specified.

If the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods, and products related to books, digital content and computer consumables offered in physical media (all kinds of software and programs such as toner, cartridges, tapes, etc., DVD, VCD, CD and tapes, etc.) cannot be returned due to legal regulations.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. The customer pays the return shipping fee. Products must be unopened and unused. If the product has been opened and/or used, the product will be sent back to the customer and the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
